the time is now

The dAIversity project was started by three young college students who had an assignment. Those three college students came together and devised a master plan to grow a more diverse tech world. The tech industry was made up of less than 3% minorities. The lack of a diverse workforce had incredibly disastrous outcomes. This project was created to help overcome the challenges that come with exclusivity and inspire creativity in the much larger tech community while providing access to the most underrepresented communities. The three understood the importance of representation and wanted to give everyone the opportunity to create their own pathways to success.
